Hi

can sumone please help as i am getting no or extreme delay in Samantha Ramisur handling my claim. Its been delayed for two weeks now. I am still awaiting the documents and cancellation documents as Standard Bank employees dont seem to uphold the bank vision and policy.
Please have your'lls call centre be more efficient cause its really to wait 20 minutes for an agent to answer.
please can sumone assist with the above mention claim.
