Miway resonates with incompetence!

I am a restaurant owner and my staff and i were victims of an armed in the store on 16 Dec 2012, other than the fact that this was most traumatic, i now have the displeasure of dealing with a claims agent named Nkele Molele.
With my car keys and spare keys, my car was rendered a mere lump of metal, it was sent to the dealer on a flatbed truck and the process to order new keys is quite rigorous but not difficult if all parties comply. To date, my finance company have all documents requested except for a simple letter from Miway (who have promised it to me). I received a hired car on the 16th of January for a 10 day period, ample time to get a letter from the insurance giant, one would think... its Monday today, 5 days wasted, i have received messages all weekend that Miway will only pay for car hire till the 21st... TODAY. One thing that rings loud to me is that i made the biggest mistake of my life moving from Outsurance after 8 years. Miway claim to be an award winning company for service excellence..i would like to present them with an award for most potatoes placed in an orifice... because that can also be some kind of useless award right? I am most unimpressed!
