I recently had an issue where i needed to change my inception date but my debit had already been lodged with the bank, i was advised to just put a stop order on the debit but my bank refused to assist me without a letter from my insurer. Virgin Insurance has been very helpful with assisting me with the refund, I called today to follow up on the refund and spoke to Damain Michael, he was a pleasure to deal with. He gave me the feedback I needed and advised me what was going to happen going forward. Keep up the good work!
