I would like to know the procedure of cancelling an insurance premium that is running from a bluebean credit card as we would like to settle the account and close it however we can't.
My father owner of the credit card was hospitalised on the 20th March suffered from a stroke left side which damaged his brain, I called in the insurance department was treated like a complete was told to fax medical proof and documentation which I did, I even sent through photos of my father in hospital as evidence to prove my innocence.
Then called in again to ask if the documents where received only to find they said no, I was asked that he the owner which is my father must call in and cancel it bear in mind he suffered from a stroke can't talk and has clots in his brain, I found the service appalling as the only thing I want to do is pay off the account and cancel the insurance as he is no longer able to do so.
Insurance's are legal and accident cover
