So the saga continues...
RCS amends their records of handing me over to attorneys for I don't know what. BUT I now get my statement and they haven't picked up any payments I made to them! The guy on the phone says I must get the slip at the store I made the payment at as proof because I lost my slip. That store says they are not allowed to do that... he say she say back and forth!!!
To date I have not heard a single word from RCS and still no apology. This is actually quite sad... I totally regret opening an account with RCS Group!
