Absolutely pathetic service!!! I have been a customer to you for many years now and i cannot believe how poor your banking institution has become!!! You debited my account twice in 48 hours and only notified me of the first debit!!! Then when i call to enquire, i get sent from pillar to post - your own staff don't have a freaking clue what is going on!!! Finally when someone does assist me, they inform you it will take about 3 days for the matter to be escalated!!! So you're quick to take people's money WITHOUT their consent, yet refuse to refund in the same amount of time!!!
ONE IRATE AND PEEVED OFF SOON TO BE EX-FNB CUSTOMER!!!
