BAD SERVICE COUPLED WITH INCOMPETENT PERSONNEL

Whats the point of having a car that you pay for whereas when yu want to take it out of the country suddenly its like you wanna have dinner with the president of the country. On monday my wife phoned Wesbank 0861288272 and when being transfered to speak to a consultant, it drops, their lines werent working that day..sent Wesbank an email requesting cross border letter but got no reply except the automatic reply that they will respond after 3days... AFTER 3DAYS... REALLY!!! wifey is on a course and I started to call Wesbank luckily I managed to get through, firstly spoke with Lerato who wasnt helpful instead she told me, she need to speak to my wife, even though we both signed for this car as we married in COP..phoned again as I wanted to get all the information they need when my wife phone so that we can speed things up..we have a funeral in Swaziland not a PARTY to go to..phoned again after holding 15min Tebogo answered as soon as I gave him the acc no: he dropped me SERIOUSLY... 3rd time unlucky phoned and got some colored guy who had the decency to lecture me about having manners.., am paying for this car, its nt in arrears but am treated like a criminal... nxxx
