I have now been trying to call MFC for 4 days in connection with a settlement for my account. The number they provide just keeps you on hold and wastes a persons airtime, but yet if you call the new applicants line they pick up immediately to attend to you.
The department for new applicants takes down my details and says someone will call me back but yet I am still waiting. This is by far the worst company to apply for vehicle finance as you can not even go into a branch with your queries nor call for assistance.
This vehicle needs to be settled today for insurance purposes but I doubt that will be possible with this company...
