I am shocked with the service I have received from Sanlam! All I requested was my policy statement, first they promise me I can have it, the next day I am not allowed to have it (go to your HR). Then when I finally speak to Group schemes (Steven) and the promise to send it to me ("you will receive it in two minutes"'), I stay on the line. But NOT to my surprise he IGNORES me!!! until i put the phone down. I am disgusted with this level of service as I am also working in the service industry and would never dare to treat a client this way!!!
