I just want to thank Sanlam for changing my view of their service! I was utterly disgusted with their service and after I lodged a compliant... what a turn of events! I did not get any special service as this is what I requested, but got the fair treatment that each and every client deserves! I thank you Sanlam and I thank you Anna for treating me fairly and delivering the service that every client deserves! Ii will definitely do business with Sanlam again even if I only get half the service I received!!!
