Not Notifying customers before lockup bank account

My bank account was blocked due to fica document requirements. But without sending a notification, on month end - just suddenly in the shop your account is no longer working. After sending required documents, after one week they block my account AGAIN for fica (without notifying me) they can send sms/emails for anything anytime but not to tell me that my account will be closed by... date if i do not send my documents or please call enqueries inregards. If you call the fica processing office, they will only use the excuse that your phone was on voice mail everytime they phoned - nonsense! I was so embarresed, after knowing I have funds available, and I just used my card. I went to fill my car with fuel, due to this account lockup (for the second time) I was not able to pay for all that fuel, I had ask for other people for money to help pay this fuel. This is not customer services!!
