Manger will not return my call or help with a que

Made an application for readvancement on my homeloan. Every 3 days i recieve a call to submit documentaion. Have requested they send me a list off all requirements but they said its not policy. You have to submitt one document at a time. Customer service consultant cantacted me and assured me that she will resolve issues. Nothing has happened. This morning my statements were lost by the consultants and they want me to resubmit. Left numerous messages for Thando Mandi but he will not return my call. I was not allowed to speak to his manager as well as per FNB protocall.
