I have called the call centre a few times requesting to change my OTP cell phone number. I was advised to go to a branch. I went twice to Trade Route Mall branch and once to Flora Centre to change this. I waited in long queues, signed documents confirming the change - guess what??? its 2 months now and nothing has been updated.
What the is going on???
someone from U COUNT called me to advise the change has been done (after I laid a complaint on the u count website) - now im trying to register my u count card and the flippen OTP is getting sent to a number that is no longer mine.
I'm sick and tired of this inefficient customer service!!! sort out your systems!!! I don't see why your internal technical issue must become a customer's problem!!!
Can someone please sort this out??? once and for all...
Thank goodness I bank with FNB! imagine the madness I would have had to suffer with my everyday banking...
