My helper belongs to MUKURU (a worldwide money transfer institiute). Money was deposited for her on 25th June and MUKURU have failed to transfer the money to her. I called the call centre 3 times yesterday. Spoke to a call centre agent, whom I won't name at present. He promised to call back in 10 minutes, which he didn't. I called again and spoke to ANOTHER call centre agent (name withheld). He promised we would have an answer within 3 hours. Of course, NO REPLY. This is a disgrace. My helper needs access to her money - a deposit which was made ONE WEEK AGO. Is this a case of? A? Or pure lack of customer care / service. It is not right to treat those in need this way. Complete lack of values and trust.
