Most of the times we do not expect a very good service at our banks, but please come to FNB 's Carlswald branch and find this guy Raffiek Sheik at the Forex desk, wow... what a service. I went there to send money to India and with no idea of where to start and how the transfer work Rafiek took me thru the steps and advised me on other channels I could use, he seemed to know all the systems in the branch. I am soo impressed with the service I got from him. FNB, you have a star there. And all the other staff that he interacted with were so helpful and professional. Keep it up guys.
