Happy to be with FNB

I had to go into the branch for a couple of statements for quite a while back. I was greeted at reception and showed to the correct line. I didn't need to wait very long before I was helped. Rochelle took my details, asked me to take a seat and off she went. In no time at all she was back with the statements and off I went.
I was dreading the whole experience (remembering how long I had to wait at other banks) but the staff were extremely friendly, well organised and helpful. The branch was modern and clean and all the staff were neatly dressed. I would like to say a special thank you to Rochelle who helped me so quickly (even thought she said their system was a bit slow). In and out in under 20mins. I guess because I am with FNB I haven't needed to go to a branch in ages but I was really impressed, and left feeling happy and relaxed. Keep up the good work you guys!!
