I have been retrenched since 25 April 2013.I have been calling Sanlam since month end of May 2013 to want to know about my retirement fund. I was working for Woman's Development Business At first they said my employer has not submitted the final contribution. I kept calling they finally said employer has send the last contribution. It will take about 3 weeks to process it. I should keep calling of which I did. Remember I am not employed and I am spending money call of which they keep you on hold for a long time. Today is the 1st I haven't received my pension fund and when I made the call today they transferred me to administration and I gave them my ID number as usual I spoke to Sonja of which she said she does not have that kind of ID number in their system of which I have been calling the same number for the past 2 months. Now since she does not have me on the system I don't know where to turn too.
