Retirement Fund Cash Claim

I resigned from my employer and requested that my provident fund money be deposited into my bank account. This was all done and submitted in March 2013.
I was advised by my colleagues that it would take a good 3 months for my money to be deposited into my account. I have no problem with this. My issue is, I've been sending multiple emails to the provident fund staff to please provide me with feedback regarding how far my claim is. The first email was sent two weeks ago and I am still waiting for "my claim papers to be found" or to "have admin return with more detail" regarding my claim. The excuse seems to change with the weather every time I ask what's happening.
Enough with the back-and-forth games. All i'm asking for is FEEDBACK regarding MY claim. This is unacceptable service on any level.
