(02/07/2013) I went into Nedbank to complete a transfer! Firstly I waited at the enquiry counter for a long time before being told to go to another Counter as they could not assist with same day service! Staff were around in other areas basically doing NOTHING! Eventually I get to the teller and Bianca let us know that she requires authorization. Team leader INA comes and she barely looks at us nor tells us why this is taking so long! INA WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING; HER ATTITUDE LACK ANY FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bianca had to apologize for Ina! IS THIS HOW NEDBANK CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED!!! INSTEAD OF RESOLVING THIS COMPLAINT; MONIQUE BRITZ FROM NED COMPLAINTS WANTED THIS COMPLAINT FROM THE CLIENT AND NOT FROM THE PERSON WHO HAD TO ASSIST ME!!! IT CAN BE CLEARLY SEEN HOW NEDBANK TREATS ITS CLIENTS!!!
