I bought a vehicle in June, took out insurance with Anderson, in the price was included a tracker installation. This is the third month I pay for the tracker but it has not been installed. Before I picked up the car, someone called me and I indicated to them that they can call me once I have picked up the car then I would know when they could come, no one called me back ever since, but I have been paying the full installment. I attempted many a times to call the call center and every time I am told that the tracker company will be informed etc. I also have not received policy documents, via post or email. This is really frustrating and time consuming for me to call about the same thing...
