Hello Peter! So I have been a client of the bank for years. I then decided to move my account to another bank due to lack of good service. Now only to find that my cheque account that I previously had with standard bank is in areas. All my debit orders have been moved so how was it not possible for standard bank to have realized that there has been no activity on the account for months on end. Month after month I have been billed for something I no longer need or use. Why not even a phone call from standard to query? Is this just to make money I ask? Now one should wonder why I have moved over to an alternative bank. Now I have to fork out money for an account which had no activity on for months. Is this right I ask? Is this the perfect service that is claimed to be the best?
