For months now I have been honoring an arrangement made in January and finally settled it. Despite this I have been bullied constantly, day and night, by a lady called Karen Moonisami who does not accept what I tell her, harasses me by calling constantly and speaks to me rather condescendingly. Sending offensive emails (to which she does not reply when I retaliate although I have received a 'read' receipt) and constant sms's even though my account has been paid up. I would like to know if this is Nedbank's new way of recovering by hiring ill-mannered, vulgar bullies to threaten and intimidate customers into making payments?
I am more than elated that I can close my account and not hopefully this pestering from Miss Moonisami will stop who I find very distasteful and unrefined. And has left me with a VERY bad impression.
I look forward to your standard 'we will look into this' response and non-delivery.
