FNB wont help or resolve a simple query

FNB Website claims that one can open a free online banking profile to link to paypal services. False. Every time I tried to create my profile, I get error messages. Either the password is not conforming to stds, there is problem with online site, now told I was previously an FNB Customer and therefore I MUST open an FNB bank account in order to claim my free online profile and link it to payp. I was also told I am already on the system. When asking to speak to complaints, I was put through to Telephone banking? When told that the password is giving errors I was told I would be connected to online representative who would take my auto ref no and assist me but alas, again put into an automated cue that was not at all relevant to me in any way and hence I could not even select an option wasting my time and money. FNB is causing me LOSS of INCOME and Business due to the fact that I am unable to do any business through paypal services as no one at the help desk number can assist me to resolve my query. I was even told it's paypal. Why would I want to open up an FNB bank Account if this is service I get when I am not even an FNB Customer? No one at FNB help can resolve my query!
