I emailed the MFC call centre asking to help me with easing up for few months my car repayment plan as I am unemployed. On the 30th May I received a reply by Ms Motaung where she stated that MFC agreed to skip for a total of two months my car installment starting from 1st July..Then after few days I asked again by email to confirm what Ms Motaung stated. Well on 6th June, MFC (Hbester) replied stating that my details were being updated effective from 1/7/2013..Guess what..Today the monthly car installment of R R1, 361.33 went off as usual!!! You MFC reneged on the agreement! I would like to be contacted by a real MANAGER ASAP!
