I had a few policies with Hollard but I surrended all of them in December last year. For some reason there is still an outstanding policy that is still deducting from my bank account. I have called in and the consultant have been extremely helpful, I have sent an email with all the necessary documents, a proof of my bank statement and my account no for them to investigate but no one has told me as to what is really happening. This policy no is 6631960. Please investigate and let me know what is going on as the deductions are still going on.
