I have the following complaint regarding the service received from Outsurance:
I completed an online "Amend my Facility" about 2 weeks ago. i have not heard from anyone at Outsurance. I then completed it again this morning, and again no response. I called Outsurance myself this afternoon. I wanted to find out what the costs would be to add my husband's car to my facility. I received a quote, which was higher than our current Insurance amount. I told them that this was higher, and the call centre agent was unwilling to negotiate a lower price. I am also curious about this "R400.00" which is technically owed to me, as my husband's current policy is less than the one they quoted me on...
