1 Business teller and 3 cashiers on month end?

The bank is full of people with one business teller and three cashiers. I have been here 2 hours and not been assisted and so have a lot of people the person on business teller counts very slow and please it is a Monday and the 1 st day of the month and this is all staFf you have working it is sad!!!
