Absa Newcastle many consumers nightmare

On month end today 29/11/2013 the average waiting time in the business queue is between 2 and 3 hours.
Why? Because there is only 1 teller. All the customers in the queue are extremely unhappy and complaining.
We need to get back to our businesses, workers are waiting for wages. This is a on going situation at the bank. Our complaints and moaning is falling on deaf ears.
At the gold and platinum there is not even a teller on duty.
Come on Absa wake up and let your new year resolution be to put the customer first.
