I called MFC 5 times last month for them to debit my account, they debited somebody else's account I had to beg them to take their money and eventualy after 5 days they debited my account. The same is happening this month i dont have the time to phone after MFC to collect their money i am sure that they employ people to do this. I really believe that good customer are being taken for granted. I would appreciate if they can debit my account on the day it was agreed on. Very un happy customer.
