So my account gets debited on dec 15th, jan 11th and feb 3rd yet I asked that debit orders go off at the end of each month. My daughters account gets debited as that was the arrangement. But why have an arrangement when money goes off whenever and then MFc has no recall of it obviously someone thinks they clever. I called in and spoke to 2ladies indian and black and they both had bad attitudes. Please listen to call recordings if your company records calls. I don't have time for this being called a when im not lieing. What nonsense is this with all this rudeness? Please put a stop order immediately or just stop debitting my daughters account. I will pay you manually.
