Unautorized debit

Last year i had a loan paid up in full i have all my emails as well as a paid up letter. Now almost a year later they just start deducting money off my account. When i phoned and spoke to a lady called Figile she said email all your documents to [Email Removed] which i did the 27th June at 8h29 am. where
I requested my refund as well as a detailed report back and documentation showing where i signed authorization for this to be debited from my account.

Well then i phoned her when i never got a response and to get to her i was on hold over 30 min then after repeating email addY and confirming what i sent i had no choice but to ask for the supervisor Sam Makgoka and really much to horror he was even more unhelpful and asked me the same useless questions. After being on the phone nearly an hour he finally gave me a fax number to use he said he will call me back. which he did not. i then contacted them again and after being nearly 40min on the phone all i got was we have sent it to legal department and they are not answering their phones. I then got marisa Budoh's number and she was not available but yet had her inbox so full u cannot leave a message
