We applied through Standard Bank Customer assist program on 6 June 2013. Numerous calls to find out the progress of the application, and our application not even touched. After I viewed a lot of complaints on Hello peter regarding their response and helpfulness towards clients I was speechless. Fearing that we would also end up not being assisted at all. No one bothers to phone, as if I have all the airtime in the world to keep phoning all the time.
I am sorry but they use the 15 days turn a round as a bad excuse.
I am very dissapointed as we are in financial distress and need help urgently.
