I was billed incorrectly by an ISP who confirmed they did this, and said they can't do the refund, and I should open a disbute with my bank which I did. I completed all the forms, and mailed it to Standard Bank on the 1st of July. To this day I have not heard anything from them, I have sent over 6 mails during the last 6 weeks and still nothing. They have a 60 day policy where after 60 days no refunds will be processed, and that will be in 2 weeks. I can also not get any contact numbers to sort this out, why is it so difficult to get a response about this!?!?!?!!?
