I paid up my contract in full in April 2013. My account was debited and I contacted the company who sent me an e-mail showing that they had advised the credit bureau that I had paid my account in full. I am still being debited and receiving threatening sms from them. Try calling their call centre as requested on their sms and you are placed on hold so can never speak to anybody. Rogue company out to your money!
