I have a Makro Home Care Plan (Inception 01.07.2010) underwritten by Hollard. A month ago I logged my first claim with FNB Homeguard (0861746222) as this was the administrators at the time. The service provided by the repairer (SOL Appliances) was horrible and we ended up procuring and installing the broken parts of our dishwasher ourselves.
Upon calling the FNB number (0861746222) again today in order to cancel the policy, the number is no longer in existence and FNB has no knowledge of my policy.
This is the 3rd administrator I have had to track down since 2010 and the policy keeps moving again and again. I phoned the Hollard call centre today and even they cannot advise who to contact.
At this point I would really just like to cancel my policy - but that would mean I need to know who to call!!
