Nedbank has deducted my personal loan in error 3 times in the month of June, then have the nerve to say "SORRY WE DO UNDERSTAND" but it will take 2 days to refund. What about the charges incurred on my account due to funds not being available. The embarrassment of having Pick n Pay cashier tell you the card has been declined due to insufficient fund and looking confused because you know you have money in the account. What now!!!
