I have been trying since Thursday 27 June to get RCS to reverse unauthorised debit on my account but still no luck, they can see the problem but keeps on telling me that the matter must go to Admin, no response or feedback. I have to phone numerous times to explain the same issue over and over again to whomever answers the phone. Some consultants agree that they can see the problem, but nothing gets done. I just dont know what to do or whom to talk to anymore and RCS just dont seem to care.
