Seems I'm not the only one having this frustrating problem! I have two unauthorised debit orders from Tovani Trading. After querying with FNB call centre in June 2012 with no successful feedback, I laid a complaint with [Email Removed] on 13 Feb 2013, and still no one can solve this issue. Its frustrating, I feel like changing banks even though i don't have a problem with FNB and am generally satisfied with their products and services. Just want these debit orders to go away!!! and I want proof of debit order authorisation!! #FrustratedAsHell
