I noticed on my bank statement a debit order notification referencing Telesure with the deduction of R113. I cancelled my car policy with Budget in February 2010 and noted to the operator that i was terminating services with Budget for another insurance. However, for some reason a operator I spoke to claims that I had two value added products of which one, scratch policy was terminated for non-payment yet this one policy miraculously always has had a deduction.
I explicitly cancelled all dealing with Budget and it is unacceptable that while one account where a customer can benefit in fixing scratch apprently is cancelled for non-payment one always somehow finds funds in my account. As far as I am concerned I terminated my policies and its unacceptable to have this deduction from my account and have sent a termination notice again and would like a refund.
This is unacceptable!
