I reported bad service at FNB Balfour park about a month ago & have got nothing but bad service. My hubby put cash into the cheque slot (our mistake) when we went to complain the following morning (saturday) the atm clearer screamed at us (great service) oh we are costing the bank money.
We then filled in the forms & told we would have the money two weeks ago (we are still waiting) i phoned the bank to complain & they have lost the forms we filled in. great effeciency. I would like my two hundred rand put back into my account & i plan to close this account.
Steve who is on the radio constantly oviously has never used this bank
