My car was involved in an accident in October; and was repaired and i got it back in November. Between November and Mid-December, I've had to send it back for return jobs 3 times already until it just went dead and wouldn't start. Mind you, this car never had any mechanical problems until this instance. Insurance doesn't want to take responsibility for the fact that they sent my car panel beaters that are unauthorised to repair mercedes Benz, hence the return to the workshop all the time. Now they are refusing to pay claiming that its consequential loss, which simply means i shouldnt have driven the car after the accident. Needless to say, (1) they omitted to inform me of this in October after the accident (2) Their insurance is closed on weekends and one can only report the Monday, so my question is "was i suppose to leave my car at the accident scene until the next day?
