Ank statement sent to an incorrect email adrdess

I tried switching to FNB. I must say the switch has not been simple as they potray it in their adverts. I spoke to Brandon who explained how the diffrent accounts work and I felt yeah I'm definately making the right choice. Then the next day a lady by the name of Ratanang called me and I told her I have been speaking to Brandon and he is assisting me. She insisted she would help and that's when everything went downhill. I told her I couldn't speak properly @ that time but she insisted she would be quick so I lisened. She went on and on about the same things brandon had alredy explained and I couldn't get a word in so I hung up on her. I got an sms with my new cheque account no. And I waited for her call at 12:30 the phone rang once and I ws unfortunately occupied and could not answer. I thought she would call again and she did, 3 weeks later!! In that 3 weeks my personal information was sent to an emal address of my colleugue. 3 weeks later she calls and had every excuse in the book. She was on leave, her voice was gone and so forth. She assured me the mistake with the email won't happen again. The boom, my bank statement gets sent to the incorrect email address again. Really fnb!?
