I took a loan from Directaxis loans and it included credit life plan. Last year August I got rentrenched and I immediately inform them anf fax all the needed retrenchment documents.
Last week I got a message saying my account have been handed over to some legal firm there's arrears that I need to pay within seven days. My ref nr is 85180242716.
I'm amazed why I have arrears while the loan had protection plan which I was paying every month.
