I had a break in at home on the 20/05/2013 and some items were.
I logged my claim on 21/05/2013 on the phone. I was told that the claims handler was Lonwabo Sizani Ceza and that I would be contacted to explain the next steps.
I heard nothing back and eventually called the call centre myself on 24/05/2012. I was asked to provide a raft of documentation and did so on the same day. Since then I have had a nightmare in getting any response on progress from the claim handler. He ignores my emails (8 of 12 emails ignored) He ignores my voice messages (all 7 calls ignored).
Each time i do get a response I am told that there would be progress by the following day or that he would call me back by the COB that same day. None of the promises made are met.
I have been asked to submit the same documents on more than one occasion and am getting very frustrated with this service.
I understand that there may be problems with getting claims resolved, but I am not satisfied with the level of service provided by the handler on this to date.
