On the 10th of June I lodged a complain against capitec bank, and complaint manager by the name Jennine Sehloloba replied and said that my matter has been referred to Zenande Tabata and it will take 2 days for feedback. 8 days later I'm still waiting, its really frustrating and disappointing to be treated like this by capitec. I will not be held accountable for someone else's carelessness. My legal adviser is aware of this situation and I am willing to take this further, I will not be inconvenienced like this. after 20 days this matter will be forwarded to the ombudsman. I'm saying this again I will not be held responsible or accountable cause someone decided to transfer money into my account, whatever is transferred into my bank account I have every right to believe its mine.
