Taking long to refund my money that they owe me

On the 19th april 13 i paid my balance of the loan i made by FNB EASY PLAN i paid it at a normal FNB BRANCH then they paid it in to the wrong account and i dnt have a personal account with FNB and after i paid the money they still deducted the loan money from my wages they never rectified it nd refunded me i went back to the bank and tried other branches i even had the collections number bt some of the call centre operators put the fone down while you talking but none of them can help me they jus say wait 5 days its 2 months already im still waiting so i foned to ombudsman in johannesburg they give me a reference number for my complaint and dat was it never heard from them again i tried to follow up but that was awso a waste of time they jus put me through to the next person and so it go on im very disappointed and upset because their service is not good not at all
