I switched to FNB almost 2 months ago, having been told what great service they give.
it has been almost two months and my FNB credit card has still not been sorted out.
I now have to continue paying my previous banks' charges as well as the cost of transferring from FNB to Absa.
This is a huge frustration and I get ABSOLUTELY no response / feedback from FNB Bryanston.
I contacted "Premier" Banking - I still have received no reply, and I have emailed my personal banker twice and get no reply. This is an absolute shame.
If I do not get feedback by close of business today I will close the account and go back to Absa.
This marketing nonsense of "Switch in 10 minutes" is false and misleading and I am hugely annoyed with this shoddy service.
