After doing the switch I was overjoyed by the fact that I was contacted by my Premier Banker to let me know that I only need to send an email or phone and all my banking needs will be looked after...
A few months later and the time came to utilise this awesome service. I sent a mail to query about opening another account...
I have not had any feedback since!
Disappointed to be exited about a new service that fails the first time I try and use it.
I might phone Steve to help me switch again.
