2 weeks later, I am still waiting for assessors

On 6/06/2013 at 16:30 in germiston, I was bumped into by a member of innovation group, he contacted his insurance and logged a claim under ref SAP375058 and the insurance say they will send in their assessors to come and inspect the vehicle, more than 2 weeks later I am still waiting for them. I have been using public vehicle since then which is causing me a great inconvenience especially this winter season. please I need someone from the insurance company to contact me and tell me what horrible service is this. thank you
