R560 TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR A APO

Hello,

i was going through my bank statement and checked that there was a A P O PAYMENT taken from my account without authorization or anything given from my end, i consider this as! always having problems with nedbank! worse bank ever no wonder in im the process of changing to FNB!
